Complete the Commission Request form to let me know about the person, pet or place you’d like me to capture, so that I can understand their character and story.

Approve the Plan
Review the proposed composition ideas for your chosen subject so we can make sure it feels just right before I begin the final piece.

Receive Your Artwork
Once you have signed off on the finished artwork, it is securely packed and sent to you, ready to be treasured by you or gifted to someone special.

Common Questions
What kind of photos do you need?
Clear, high-resolution photos taken in natural light work best. Try to capture the personality or atmosphere of the subject – close-ups, favourite poses, special places or meaningful scenery all help me create a more lifelike piece
How long does a portrait take?
The current turnaround time is roughly 4-6 weeks from the moment we finalize the plan. This allows for careful layering and drying time for the art materials to ensure your artwork is perfect before it is sent to you. I will always try and meet a reasonable deadline if I can!
Can I request revisions?
Yes, I want you to love the piece! I can share progress updates, and a final proof is sent for your approval. Small adjustments can be made at this stage to ensure the final piece captures what you had in mind.
Do you offer gift vouchers?
Absolutely. Gift vouchers are a wonderful option if you can't access photos of the proposed subject or if you're working against a tight deadline for a special occasion.
